this girl who is gonna be a freshman at my old high school didnt add me and i KNOW she knows me. She's besst friends with my brother and lives in our neighborhood. I'm about to be a freshman in college and i just graduated from the school she's about to attend.

Maybe you should try to find friends that will actually be going to your college instead.

i think the question here is, why do you feel the need to become friends with someone MUCH younger than you. She is a freshman in high school, whereelse you are an adult, stepping into the real world, and seeking higher education. find some friends your own age and stop trying to befriend young teeny boppers
