Im seriously addicted to facebook n i would give anythin to get rid of it!!

i usedf to be addicted to myspace. the way it usually works is that something else will take its place, t.v, music, whatever and then u will check only once a day and then once every 2 days and u end up checkking less and less and being on for shorter and shorter.

step one delete it! i used to be on those dreaded sites all the time. then realized life sucks if you use the internet as your "social life"
pick up the phone and call ppl.

Eventually something else will take its place, hopefully something a bit more healthy. You'll grow out of it eventually. Whether you wait or not, that's your choice. I actually HATE facebook; people act completely different on there. It's pathetic.

block facebook on your computer .
don't do it by yourself because you
will know the password. let someone
you trust well enough put in the
password and should never tell you. i hope that helps

Ask someone to block the page for you. That way you will not know the code to enter :-D

Just try to find another activities that might change your focus on facebook. When you are busy, you wont even think about facebook.. *hopefully
