There are none.
but on CNN.com 3 weeks ago there was an article that said if you were to get free credits you will be banned by first an last name for 20 years. true story
and also its illegal to use/ cheats or hacks to get stuff.

The other answers are not close to accurate.
While you have to do "some" work, there are plenty of offer walls that give free Facebook credits. Some of these require a purchase but many are simply answering some survey questions. Your opinion is valuable and people are willing to pay for it.

It is very easy to earn facebook credits and it is not illegal.
There is a site called swagbucks where you get paid in facebook credit just for doing stuff you would normally do everyday like searching,playing games,watching videos etc.
