send it to your email and then from your email save it and then upload it to your facebook.
how to send it to your email: when you put send video; on your "edit send to" you put your email address (instead of a phone number how you would normally do) and then from there follow the top ^ steps

if you have facebook mobile activated, then all you have to do is send the video to mobile@facebook.com
