How to block myself from viewing a specific web page? - anon - 11-09-2012 07:57 PM :/ I keep checking my ex boyfriend's facebook and I want to stop. Instead of blocking him altogether (I have deleted him from my friends) I just want to block that specific URL so I can't keep checking. How can I do this, using Firefox? Thanks! ![]() - slash - 11-09-2012 08:05 PM there are many ways 1. put line 127.0.0.1 PAGE-URL into your hosts file (can be found in windows folder) 2. use special site blocking addons in firefox like this one https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/blocksite/ 3. use router to block special urls etc - sillyjuice253 - 11-09-2012 08:05 PM I guess the best way is to just not click to open it. |
