My account on twitter is private, and I was just wondering, if you tweet celebrities (who obvs are not following you) can they see it?? Because normally people who are not following you can't see your tweets, but does it make a difference if you mention (@) them?! Like, will it show up on their mentions or their timeline? And can they even tweet back? (People who aren't following you)
It would be a huge help if someone could answer this!!

It may appear but most of the time, celebrities does not reply. If you got lucky, yes they may retweet or reply to you.

NO. Celebrities won't be able to see your tweets if your in private mode. Remove your privacy and celebs could see your tweets.
