You got to be 18 but I see many people putting there real year they were born. But most people put a fake year just to have one.

Well I think you have to be at least 13 or over.This is a standard that Facebook has set down for a reason so one is mature enough to use Facebook in a sensible way and not do anything foolish that could put them in danger.
