When I go to my admin section and unclick the 'enable friends to post to wall' button, it takes all PREVIOUS posts made by friends off my page. Is there any way that I can close my wall to NEW posts, whilst keeping previous posts from friends intact?

Unfortantly No When you Close your wall all the posts will be closed with it
