There is a lot of sites that can get you more followers on Twitter.
I tried some of them ... but the thing is that you have to follow back and usually you have more "following" than "followers"

There are tons of good methods out there than really work in getting twitter followers, but most of them won't get you much and the effort is quite big. Like following people at random and hoping some of them will follow back.
I suggest a better approach, try some twitter exchange websites, I did this in the past and got a couple of hundreds of followers with very little effort, quite clean actually.
