Facebook events notifications? - Jess - 11-09-2012 08:00 PM Are people notified when you remove yourself from an event? (Private or not) I'm not well-acquainted with the people in an event, and decided to leave it altogether. Unfortunately, when you remove yourself you can't access the page again (Since it's a private event, I'm guessing). My question is, does it give anyone a notification, or does it say anything like "(Random person) has left the event" On the event wall/newsfeed? I hope this question made sense, thanks in advance! - Lane. - 11-09-2012 08:08 PM No it will not notify anyone if you simply left the event. If you marked not attending then yes, it will show up on the side saying not going; with a list of people. As well as if you were to mark attending you would be under that list but it doesn't actually make a notification. - Daniel - 11-09-2012 08:08 PM Nope No Notifications are Sent |
