Okay so I need to track someone's twitter account like @twitter_cc (Just an example) and track it to their location where that twitter account was created because I'm trying to find out who made this account. Any ideas or websites that will help me?

you Can Not Track them Down the ip Address is Not Disclosed to you Only the Police and the Twitter Admin have access to that
