She was put in foster care after her mother took her from us..havent seen her in 11 years, but have continued searching..Not sure how i start or where do i start? any info help would be appreciated?

If you have a first and last name, just put it in google. If she has any accounts for Facebook, Twitter, etc. they should come up in the results. Hope that's a start!
