i think this will help me, we have to locate sitty rameeza allie ,she is from sri lanka..according to my knowledge shes in america and i have her postal addres of sri lanka only .what possible way to locate her by net?

You can send a letter to the Sri Lankan address. Most often, some relative living there may pass your details to your friend.
Try searching facebook since you know her name.
