Someone sent me a request to be my sister on facebook, and i accidently confirmed it, how do i remove them as my sister?

Go on the homepage of FB and under ur name on the left hand corner should say Edit Profile under ur name
click it and it should have options on the side: Family & Relationships should be one of them

Go on your profile and go under friends find her go on her page and hit remove from friends
