my sister's friend got hacked and the hacker posted two girls having sex, and tagged all her friends in it, and since then ive been really protective.

A deactivated account can't be hacked.

have a super very long password that you can remember so the hacker(s) won't hack your facebook account...

Change your password every month or two weeks.
