I know there is a difference and how fast it goes, but as far as what you can do on each, what are the differences? And isn't it true that on Facebook Lite you can't use apps?

facebook lite is a simple verison which you can only update your status.
and its for slow laptops so they dont have too many things going on.
no you cant play apps and games.
