I can't figure out how to add it to my facebook. I have already logged into my facebook from photoshop. Is there a way to do this?

I'm using an older version of photoshop, so I don't know if there's a new feature that lets you upload a picture from it to facebook. Simple answer would be to save the if picture as a jpeg of the correct size. save it to your computer's documents, then upload it to facebook from there. It's what I did.
