so my father works at a school and has been using his school friends to get on to my facebook, I am 18 years old and i want to know if this is still legal and i want it to stop due to the fact that i am legal and its not his facebook. please help me out here!

That's not legal, but guess what is legal now that you're 18: It's legal for him to kick you out of his house. So unless you are already living on your own, I wouldn't take any legal action against him.
