So online I sometimes see when someone post a comment on their wall. It sometimes says facebook mobile or it will say facebook android. Is there a difference?? Or is it basically the same thing?

Yes, it depends on the operating system of their phone. You can use Facebook for Android phones, which have an internet connection or you can SMS the message into facebook. It's just telling you the difference.
PS you can get the Facebook App for Android and Iphone.

There is a Difference Posting From Mobile Web is Just the mobile Version of any phone Saying VIA android Means you are posting from the Android Facebook app hope it makes sense
