My brother likes to use the shared laptop, and the shared tv for his time and only his time, I would let to log on the facebook, maybe watch a little bit of tv but my brother won't let me. We already came up with turns that we each take, and he won't fallow it, my parents won't listen to me, so anything I can do?

Convince him to get his own laptop/tv so that he'll quit hogging yours.

hide the charger
hide it somewhere, and say it is lost, and then when he puts the comp. down, and gives up looking for it, plug it in and use it

1. Go to a Female Porn Site for a second, so it's in your History. Your parents know you wouldn't do that. Blame it on your brother, I'm sure they'll take away his privileges.
or
2. Look up a study on how going on the computer & t.v can cause Cancer. Hopefully that'll scare him.
or
3. You stay on the Computer for the whole day, one day. & He'll think that's unfair.
