Just saw that many people have the words "verified belieber" and a tick under their name on Twitter. Anyone here that can tell me how to do it?

You mean: "√ Verified Belieber"? Just copy and paste it either in your bio, location, or name. If you don't know how to do that, go to settings > profile.
