I was just messing around on Youtube today and it looks like a lot of people really want Jak and Daxter back. How did the "90's are all that" people do it? How do I start a twitter petition? Do these kind of things really work?

What do you mean get it back? The last Jak and Daxter game (not counting PlayStation Move Heroes) was in 2009; that's not that long ago. For all we know, another game could be in the works right now.
