My brother typed a message to my friend on facebook, luckily I deleted it but, i'm worried that the person saw it.

If the message was sent already then yes chances are the person will see it but if the message was not sent to their facebook inbox than chances are they will not see it at all.

No but they will still get an email if they have it turned on.
