My sister has a friend who she thinks would be good for me. Ive seen pictures of her and she looks cute but i dont know how to start talking to her. Should i talk to her on facebook first or have my sister set something up so i can meet her first?

First have a chat with her, break the ice. Get on a comfort level otherwise meetings can get quite awkward if you totally dont know the person.
