How to take a good close up picture? - Danielle Secret - 11-09-2012 08:38 PM

I wanna take a good close ish up picture for my facebook profile but I don't know what pose and such to do and what to wear and where to take it type thing. I want it to look pretty. I'm 15 btw.

Thanks! Smile

Hold the camera a littlw above you, wear whatever you normally wear, or an outfit you like, and be facing towards some sort of light (ceiling light or sun) because it usually makes your complexion look smooth or adds a nice contrast.

Have someone else take it if possible, because it looks better than having the arm stretched. That can make it look awkward. Wear normal clothes that you look good in and are flattering. I would do it with the camera slightly above your head but not too much, so you are looking up, but don't look like your craning your neck.
