It depends on the type of group.
-Closed Group- everyone can see the group and who is in it (but not the posts and stuff) - So yes if it a closed group they can
-Secret group- No one (but the group members) know that the group exists, it will not be on your facebook page and no one can see who the members are (apart from the members)
