Okay, I know this is a little strange, but it's my little brother... He
will NOT quit bugging me and I just want to temporarily block him. Can
I ever add him back after this? And will he get a notification or anything
of that sort?? Thanks for any helpful answers.

yes, all you have to do is go and unblock him in your 'blocked friends list'

Yes, you can add him back. Just remove him from your block list and re-add him.
He won't get a notification, he just won't be able to see your profile or anything you post until you unblock him.

Yes, you can, but you will have to unblock him in order to send a new friend request.
