My sister and I share a phone. We want to update our statuses from our phone. Can you update statuses for two people on one phone? Please answer this question

Yes you can update statuses if you login to facebook using internet. Sending text to facebook to update status is not possible for 2 profile.
Let me explain, suppose your number is 123456 and you've registered your phone to one of the profile. Now any text sent from number 123456 to facebook will update that profile registered with this number.
Now if you login to http://m.facebook.com (mobile version of facebook) then you'll login as a profile and update your status. Later you sign out and let your sister login again........Now she can update her status.
So if you use internet on your phone then its possible to update status for both. If using "text update" then its not possible.
