I don't think that you really can. I know that I have seen ads on Facebook saying that, but have never clicked on it and honestly think it's just a waste anyway. Probably a scam to get you to spend money. Why are you curious about that? As long as your setting are Friends only, then no one can see your profile but them. And since you are the one that accepts the friends, you should know who you would be allowing to view it...

Facebook doesn't allow people to track who views their profiles. Facebook applications, on the other hand, are unable to track anybody unless they have the consent of the viewer.
