Specially facebook passwords, I change them and use combinations like $erIOO899(o) but he finds it out!
He says he knows all my passwords but never says my Yahoo, MSN passwords and I think that he has only managed my FB passwords.
We use different computers but share the Internet connection via a Router.
Help appreciated.

Does he know you email password?
If he does, then he can just easily click on 'forgot password' and change yours. If not, sorry but i can't help you. D :

1.My thought is,is that he has a keylogger on your computer.Download spybot search and destroy,scan, and it should find a type of keylogger,remove it and he won't find anything.Programs like cain and abel can actually find saved passwords in web browsers, and he might be using that.
