Im looking to get a tablet for my father as a gift and have a buget up to $700. There are so kany oprions so im looking for some help. He would use it for entertainment value with no data plan wifi only. He likes to web browse listen to music wwtch vidoes/ movies email and facebook. So which ones are the best? Adobe flash preferable.
