My uncle wants add me on Facebook, is there a way I can hide some things before I add him? - Fire Tiger - 11-09-2012 08:47 PM I know I can customize my privacy settings on FB, but do I have to add my uncle before I can change my settings? Or do I have to add him first, then change my settings? - skiierbabe - 11-09-2012 08:55 PM u can hide status posts but u could just delete it - Peter B - 11-09-2012 08:55 PM lol, tattoo pics? dont add him - Roy - 11-09-2012 08:55 PM You can categorize your friends into groups. That's what I do. One of my groups is "Relatives"...and things on my FB profile that I don't want relatives to see are hidden from that list. To set this up, go to Account -> Edit Friends, then click Create a List. You will then be able to hide posts from that list/those lists in just the same way as you can hide it from individual friends. |
