I'll be 7 weeks when I visit my inlaws and we are going to have my son where a shirt that says big brother. I won't be 7 weeks till around Christmas. I will probably tell my sis,my mom,my inlaws, and a friend of mine etc. I don't want my inlaws fam to post it on Facebook because I plan on telling everyone else around 12 weeks.
Would it be disrespectful to ask my inlaws fame to not posting a Congrats?

No, but I think you should let your close family know around christmas too.. fair is fair

Not at all. This is ur future child and ur pregnancy. U put whatever conditions u want. Its smart to wait til 12 weeks because after that the chances of miscarriage decrease dramatically. Just let them tlknow that.
