Two simple approaches to drive traffic to your sister's website:
Buy traffic on adwords.google.com and searchmarketing.yahoo.com-- it will take you 15 minutes to get a campaign going. Targeting is easy-- just choose keywords on what she is selling.
Set up a Facebook fan page. Get her to invite all her friends and industry contacts.
There is no other easy way to get traffic quickly. Building it organically is not easy and neither is buying leads. You have to get it from the search engines. Let me know if you need any help. There are over a million small business owners that are advertising on Google now.

exactly what dennis yu said.....Facebook offers special fan pages for this sort of thing...plus if you have an account on facebook you could write it on your wall.

There are several strategies for you to get people visiting your sister's website.
1 - Article marketing. You can publish articles on article directories and put your link on the author bio section. Make sure your article is interesting because this will increase the chance for them click your link and visit your website.
2 - Advertise on Google AdWords. This will cost more money but you'll only pay for those who actually click on your ad.
