My brother past away in January of '10 and I wanted to delete his facebook page, and just keep the memorial page up. I was wondering if there was anyway of getting into his account without knowing his password or e-mail.

Try emailing facebook. I understand that they are considerate of these things and they have a system for deleting deceased facebook accounts

If you want to delete his profile you could report it to facebook, they delete these accounts,, no need to get into anyones account,, your question is ''how can I get into a facebook acount if I don't know the password?'' instead of ''how can i delete my brother's facebook account cause he passed away?'',, people get confused

I doubt contacting facebook would be useful. They have no way of verifying that you're really his sibling. For all they know, you're just some stranger wanting someone's facebook password.
You probably won't be able to gain access to his account, unless you know someone who can hack into the internet, you're out of luck.
