Facebook. Make sure he's friends w/ you, only adds his friends, and that you know his password.

No! Do not do what Hugo said! That is so controlling. He is 14, and you are not his parent. You have no right to have his Facebook password. However, you can install NetNanny, it is really protective, and I have experience with it. Try it out, I'm sure you will like it.
