Super Injunction Suing? - Chris - 11-09-2012 09:02 PM

Since nobody answered my last post properly, I will ask again.
What would have had to have been said to get sued on a twitter page?
Naming both parties (full names), their act etc?

Just things have been tweeted/re-tweeted and wanted to make sure, what technically would be breaking the law?
(i.e) the jokes when just the surnames of both parties are mentioned and not the act commited. I would assume that this cant be assumed breaking the law as the first name is not named so could be anyway.

Thanks.

I don't think the law should be obliged to protect the privacy of people who cheat on their wives or husbands, and they definitely shouldn't be able to sue and make money out of their devious deeds. Super injunctions are a complete joke. Undecided
