In their mentions? Absolutely. While they're viewing your profile? Nope.
And no mean to be a downer, but celebrities rarely see and/or respond to tweets from fans, seeing as a bunch of people are tweeting them every so often.

When someone gets mentioned in a tweet, they get notified and it shows up on their twitter page. When your twitter is 'private' only people who you follow can see it. So, if you are following those celebrities who you tweeted, then they would be able to see it.
