Father posted pictures of child under 1 showing his genitals on Facebook; Mother was not told-anyone in country can view this-would this not be illegal?

Nudity is against Facebook's policy. Since the baby is under 18, it would be illegal.

You would think it would be illegal right? But i always see pictures of my friends who are girls when they are little babies shirtless and that's not illegal? I don't know... :/
