My ex boyfriend wont stop harassing me. I tried to talk to his uncle on facebook, but he basically blamed it all on me and said I need to move on. I blocked him from my facebook and other accounts,
but he still has my cellphone number and wont stop texting me.

Call your carrier and have them block his number,tmobile won't do it unless you block are your texts,they suck,sprint will do it,or if they can't change your number

sometimes you can just pay a small fee to change your number, but chances are he will find it though.

change your phone number and only give i tout to close friends ?
either that or say your going to charge him for harassment
