use twitsearch to search for tweets containing your keywords, then follow the people who tweeted them. They will follow you back. You can also pay for a product called Hummingbird, which will do many things for you, including doing the above automatically, as well as auto following anyone who follows you, unfollow people who stop following you, and so much more that you just can't believe it.

If you want more followers; then follow people that is going to follow you back, you can try this:
1 - Follow @TeamAutoFollow - To get you in the list (see next)
2 - Follow the team - (see the list at http://teamautofollow.com/ – follow as many as you would like, we all follow back, Over 1,000)
For extra followers:
- Include #TeamAutoFollow in your post (as often as possible)
- Include #TeamAutoFollow in your Bio (You can do this at the end of it, people are more prompt to follow when they know that you will follow back)
- RT and follow @TeamAutoFollow Tweets (a little help once in awhile is appreciated)
- Comeback everyday for a #ShoutOut
