heya i have 21 videos and i barely get at least 20 views on some of them, some got up to 100 views and some got to like 60 or 70, i only have 1 subscriber.

I mean some of my videos are interesting but have barely no comments at all....
so how do people get these views and subs?

Promote your channel in facebook or twitter. Tell your friends to share those videos. Post those videos on various fb pages for more views. For an accelerated rate of views and subscriptions get some professional help.
