open the app, and sign up for an account. after that, you click on the camera icon right in the middle of the bottom bar and you will have a choice of either uploading a picture from your camera roll or photo library, or to take a picture at the moment and post it. you can add filters and many other effects to enhance your photo, and not to mention you can post it to other services such as twitter, facebook, etc. you can add hashtags (#) to your photo for others to find it when they search up the hashtag.
