You can just add away with your hands but thatll take along time.
You can use a powerfull software like hummingbird to automate the process. I usually get 400-800 followers a day.

Try this,
you click the link, follow the instructions then get tonnes more followers.
The way it works is you follow the 7 people on the list and then you are added to the list and everytime someone else adds, you get a follower easy as pie!

you can get more follow by posting more interesting stuff and by adding other poeple.
