My brother opened something on Facebook and now his computer won't turn on. I tried different power cords and still it won't turn on, but the moniter turns on fine. Any ideas on how I can get it to turn on and get virus protection on it without having to take it to get repaired? We just got it back from BestBuy less than a month ago, so I don't want to pay for it to get fixed again. Thanks!
