Okay so I am trying to tweet Missy Elliott (Not the biggest Celebrity), but I am wondering how exactly she can tweet me back. Do I have to sit and tweet fifty times a second in order to get her attention? Or do I have to be famous on Twitter? I'm just not sure. Please Help?!
Also for extra points, can somebody think of something interesting to get her attention.

I don't follow her, but I've gotten a lot of replies from other people. It also depends on if she answers fans. Don't be obsessive and whine that she never answers you. Come up with a snappy come back to something she says, ask a really random question. Have a 'dream' about something random involving her. Just be unique and patient.
