My husband and I have been split up for a litle bit. He has blocked me from facebook and ignores all my emails and texts. All of his stuff (all clothes, big screen tv, ect) are at my mothers and he has yet to contact me to get it. And we need to discuss our divorce (whose paying for what...) I think I have a right to know whats going on and I want his stuff gone so I can get all of this over with.. Any advice or suggestions?

You need to get an attorney. To at least get this started.

Get an attorney and file for divorce. Tell the attorney about your financial condition and let him know what you want. He will draw the papers up accordingly and serve your estranged husband. At that point, the husband will have to get an attorney, and he will advise him as to what he thinks is fair, and his attorney will get with your attorney and you change the papers until you agree on everything. Property settlements can be done at any time, but the divorce needs to be filed to get things started.

consult with a lawyer, see how to get his stuff removed legally..
