If you delete someone you added as a friend just to be your Farmville neighbour are they still your neighbour (like if you play Sorority Life you can delete people once their are your sister and they stay being your sister) and can you still visit their farm and fertilise their crops etc. I know you can't send gifts if you delete them but is that all you can't do.

yes you can
for zynga games you can still play with your neighbour , weird though
