i want my friend to get freaked out by suddenly getting followers on twitter, she will probably follow back, but will be so funny as I'm posting this everywhere (she got 20 yeaterday and is freaked out lol)

You can amuse her by sending a small bunch of 2000 followers and makes her freak out. She would be amazed by your power to gain in so much followers in a very short period of time. Don't worry you have to buy these kinds of services for that. Hope that helps
