Next time this happens, when your sister clicks the 'x' to delete the post, make sure she ticks 'Remove MSN'. This should prevent your MSN status from appearing on your sister's Facebook.

I endorse the above suggestion and also download reginout and keep cleaning your system and particularly browsers.
